Four pilgrims returning from a pilgrimage to the Lord Ayyappa temple in Kerala were killed and seven others injured when their car crashed into a stationary truck near Bellavi Cross in Tumakuru, Karnataka. The accident occurred early Friday morning. The victims were residents of Koppal district. Police are investigating the cause, with initial reports suggesting the driver may have been drowsy. An FIR has been registered.
