
Delhi Police conducted a 48-hour 'Operation Gang Bust' targeting organized crime and gangster networks across multiple states, including Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh. The operation involved over 9,000 personnel, leading to the arrest of 280 gangsters and a total of 854 criminals. Raids were conducted at over 4,200 locations, resulting in the seizure of approximately 300 weapons, 130 rounds of ammunition, and Rs 25 lakh in cash. The crackdown aimed to dismantle criminal modules, curb violent crime, and disrupt the support systems for organized crime.
