Himachal Pradesh Police have formed an expert panel to examine the medical records of a 19-year-old student who died during treatment in Ludhiana. The student was allegedly assaulted by four female students and harassed by an assistant professor at a government college in September. Her father claims her health deteriorated due to mental stress from the assault, leading her to be admitted to multiple hospitals. Police stated the postmortem could not be conducted as the body was cremated before they were informed of her death on December 26.
