The complainant alleged that despite the property being legally owned and possessed since 2009, one accused, who had previously sold it, created fabricated documents to gift it to another. When the complainant visited the property, he was allegedly assaulted and robbed. Investigations involved examining land records and CCTV footage, leading to the arrests.
