Police in Palakkad, Kerala, have booked a man identified as Suresh for allegedly attempting to sexually molest and assault an elderly woman in her home. The incident occurred early Friday when the accused reportedly trespassed into the 64-year-old woman's house. The woman resisted and fled to a neighbor's house. Police have invoked relevant sections of the BNS against Suresh, who is reportedly a political party worker, and plan to record his arrest soon.
