Two individuals have died in Madhya Pradesh's Chhindwara district after consuming sweets from an unclaimed bag found outside a government office. The security guard who first ate the sweets died on January 11, followed by a tea stall owner who had shared them with his family. Several family members also fell ill with severe symptoms. Police are investigating the cause, with autopsy results inconclusive and samples sent for forensic and food testing to determine if the sweets were contaminated or poisoned.
