Two individuals, Amit and Vashu, were arrested in Sonipat for allegedly supplying weapons used in the August murder of property dealer Rohit Shaukeen. Police claim the arrests were made on the instructions of gangster Sunil Sardhania, with the suspects providing two illegal pistols to the alleged shooters. A scooter used in the crime was also recovered. This brings the total number of arrests in the case to 12. Both arrested men have prior cases of murder and assault.
