A 55-year-old cook from Uttar Pradesh, Chandra Prakash, died in Gurugram after being struck by an SUV on December 6. He had been hospitalized for 27 days following the accident, which occurred when the SUV, driven on the wrong side of the road, hit him and three colleagues. While the others were discharged, Prakash remained in critical condition and passed away on January 2. Police have registered a case and are seeking to identify and arrest the driver.
