The 'Dazzling Light' drive, from January 7-12, collected over Rs 50 lakh in fines. Police deployed multiple teams to enforce the rule, aiming to reduce accidents caused by glare. Violators were issued spot fines and warned of further penalties for repeat offenses, with officials emphasizing the danger high beams pose to oncoming motorists.
