Noida Traffic Police issued a Rs 67,000 e-challan to a vehicle owner after a video surfaced showing shirtless men dancing on the roof of a moving car on New Year's Eve. The incident caused traffic disruption and safety concerns. The men were allegedly intoxicated and obstructing traffic. The challan was issued for multiple violations, including dangerous driving and driving without insurance, following a directive from the Uttar Pradesh Police.
