A 35-year-old man, Rajesh Kumar, was killed in Yamunanagar, Haryana, following a dispute over flying a kite. Police reported that Kumar was attacked with a sharp-edged weapon during the altercation. A murder case has been registered against four members of the same family, who are currently being sought by authorities.
