Actress Urmila Sanawar, who claims to be the wife of former BJP MLA Suresh Rathore, has appeared before a Special Investigation Team (SIT) in Uttarakhand for questioning in connection with the Ankita Bhandari murder case. Sanawar had previously released social media clips alleging the involvement of a 'VIP' in the murder. These allegations led to FIRs against her and Rathore, and a defamation suit by BJP leader Dushyant Kumar Gautam. Sanawar has pledged to provide 'complete evidence' to the SIT, while Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami assured Ankita Bhandari's parents of justice.
