A woman and her associate have been arrested in Barmer, Rajasthan, for allegedly attempting to extort Rs 40 lakh from a lawyer. Police state the woman lured the lawyer, recorded an obscene video, and threatened to frame him in a false rape case. The victim reported paying Rs 50,000 before alerting authorities.
