
The Kashi Express train was evacuated at Mau railway station in Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday morning following a bomb threat from an unknown caller. Security agencies, including local police, GRP, and RPF, conducted a thorough search of the train and surrounding areas. Officials stated that nothing suspicious was found and suspect the call to be a hoax. An investigation is underway to trace the source of the internet-based call. Passengers were deboarded and moved to a safe location during the inspection.
