Two individuals, identified as Salman (son of Kabir) and Salman (son of Usman), were arrested in Southwest Delhi's Kishangarh area for alleged ATM fraud and possession of an illegal firearm. Police recovered a pistol, live cartridges, cash, four ATM jamming devices, and a screwdriver. The accused reportedly used jamming devices to prevent cash dispensing, debiting accounts without dispensing funds. One suspect allegedly supplied the weapon to the other.
