A 35-year-old scooter rider, Sukh Nandan, was injured when a car collided with his scooter near Delhi's Rithala Metro Station late Saturday night. The car driver fled the scene, abandoning the vehicle. The injured rider was taken to Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital and later referred to Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan Hospital due to the severity of his injuries. Police have seized the car and are working to identify and apprehend the absconding driver. A case has been registered, and an investigation is ongoing.
