A 32-year-old private security guard, Suresh Kumar, was arrested in outer Delhi's Bawana Industrial Area for allegedly killing a 60-year-old woman, Haliya Khatoon, with a brick. Police stated Kumar, who was reportedly drunk, attacked Khatoon after an altercation in an under-construction building's guard room late Friday. Residents alerted police after finding the injured woman, who was declared dead at the hospital. Kumar fled the scene but was apprehended Saturday, with the victim's missing phone also recovered.
