A man from Bihar, Pushpesh Singh, reported to the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) for civil services training with a forged UPSC result. Singh claims he was defrauded of over Rs 27,000 by individuals in Gurugram who promised him a fake exam and interview. Upon arrival at LBSNAA, the academy alerted police, leading to a zero FIR registration and an investigation into the fraud, which has been transferred to Gurugram.
