Four men from Punjab have filed an FIR in Ludhiana against two immigration agents after being allegedly duped and deported from Russia. The men paid Rs 3-4 lakh each for study visas to Moscow, but upon arrival, they were detained by Russian police, spent over a week in jail, and faced alleged recruitment attempts for the Ukraine conflict. They also reported being forced to eat beef. The FIR charges the agents with cheating and criminal conspiracy.
