Delhi police arrested a 34-year-old fugitive on Saturday in Nangloi, north Delhi, who had been on the run for five years. He was wanted in a rape and criminal intimidation case filed in March 2021. The woman alleged he spiked her water, raped her, impregnated her, and threatened her with objectionable videos after hiding his previous marriage. The accused had evaded arrest by moving across several states and even attacked police personnel during a raid in 2022.
