Chandigarh Cyber Crime Police have arrested a 23-year-old Gurugram resident for allegedly defrauding a Chandigarh man of Rs 3.26 lakh. The accused reportedly sent a fake traffic challan link, which installed malware on the victim's phone, enabling unauthorized credit card transactions. The stolen funds were converted into gift cards and then online gold to launder the money.
