
An eerie 911 call reporting a domestic dispute was made from the home of Ohio dentist Spencer Tepe and his wife Monique months before they were found murdered on December 30. The caller, an unknown woman, stated she and her partner had an argument but that nothing became physical. Dispatchers coded the call as a domestic dispute and determined assistance was not needed. The couple's two children and dog were unharmed in the incident. Police are investigating the double homicide.
