A car crash on August Kranti Marg near Siri Fort in South Delhi early Wednesday resulted in two fatalities and one critical injury. A speeding car, driven by a 21-year-old, collided with a taxi as the taxi made a right turn. The deceased have been identified as the taxi driver, Girja Kumar Bhardwaj (43), and a passenger, Ranjeet (30). The injured passenger, Sumit (20), is receiving treatment. The car driver has been apprehended, and police are investigating the incident, including the possibility of alcohol influence.
