A 14-year-old girl in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, was allegedly abducted and gang-raped by a YouTuber and a police sub-inspector. The incident, which occurred Monday night, led to the arrest of the YouTuber, Shivbaran Yadav, while the sub-inspector, Amit Kumar Maurya, remains absconding. The victim's family alleges police inaction and a cover-up, prompting the suspension of the local SHO and removal of a DCP for alleged lapses. The SUV used in the crime has been seized.
