A 27-year-old coaching center teacher, Devendra Patel, has been arrested in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, under the POCSO Act for allegedly raping a 15-year-old student. The abuse reportedly occurred over a month, with the teacher allegedly using threats against the victim's family. The incident came to light when the student refused to attend classes, leading her mother to discover the alleged abuse. Police have registered a case and the victim has undergone medical examination.
