Two individuals, identified as Monu Yadav (28) and Digvijay Singh (50), died in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, when their two-wheeler collided head-on with a truck. A third person sustained serious injuries in the incident, which occurred on the Amethi-Pratapgarh bypass road. The truck driver reportedly fled the scene. Police have sent the bodies for post-mortem examination and are investigating the accident.
