
Punjab Police arrested two Ludhiana-based individuals allegedly planning a targeted killing on the instructions of foreign-based handlers linked to the Khalistan Commando Force (KCF). A 9mm pistol and five cartridges were recovered. The accused reportedly conducted reconnaissance of government offices and were tasked with gathering information on identified individuals. Investigations are ongoing to uncover further connections. Separately, police had also foiled another targeted killing plot the previous day, arresting three individuals linked to the Arsh Dalla gang.
