Khammam Cyber Crime Police arrested V. Niranjan Kumar, 40, for allegedly watching and sharing Child Sexual Exploitative and Abuse Material (CSEAM) on social media. The arrest followed specific inputs from the Telangana Cyber Security Bureau. Kumar has been booked under Section 15 of the POCSO Act and Section 67B of the IT Act for downloading and circulating the material.
