A Bombay High Court clerk, Pawan Donuji Hargule, was assaulted and threatened by a father and son, Yogesh and Vishwas Bhagat, on January 9 in Navi Mumbai. The incident occurred while Hargule was overseeing land possession and fencing work, as per a court order. Yogesh Bhagat allegedly prevented recording, and Vishwas Bhagat reportedly attempted to strike the clerk with a shovel.
