An 18-year-old man, Mohammad Arman, was fatally stabbed and his friend Altaf Ali injured in northeast Delhi's Welcome area on Monday night. Police arrested three suspects—Suhail, Ilman, and Rizwan—who reportedly admitted to an "old dispute" with the victims. The incident occurred near Kuda Khatta, and both victims were taken to GTB Hospital, where Arman was declared dead. Ali's condition is stable.
