In Kota, Rajasthan, a thief attempting a late-night burglary became trapped in a kitchen exhaust fan shaft for about an hour. The homeowners returned from a temple visit to find the intruder stuck, with his upper body inside and legs dangling outside. Police were alerted, and after a rescue operation, the man was taken into custody. His accomplice reportedly fled the scene. The vehicle used by the suspects, which had a police sticker, was also seized. Videos of the rescue have gone viral online.
