Haryana's State Narcotics Control Bureau reported arresting 6,801 drug traffickers and registering 3,738 cases under the NDPS Act in the past year. The campaign targeted supply chains and illegal assets, leading to the seizure of significant quantities of various drugs, including heroin, charas, and ganja, along with pharmaceutical drugs. Authorities also demolished 119 properties and seized assets worth over Rs 13.59 crore belonging to accused traffickers. Conviction rates improved, with over 55% in commercial quantity cases.
