The inquiry, led by Additional Inspector General P.V. Anand Reddy, aims to identify responsible prison staff and inmates involved in prohibited activities. Kumar emphasized that prisons should focus on reform and behavioral change, warning of stern action against any complicity or dereliction of duty.
