A 41-year-old Filipino national, Federico Pinapin Moreno, was arrested in Goa for allegedly obtaining an Indian passport using forged documents and impersonating an individual named Erica Achumi. He was reportedly working as a hairstylist. Authorities also arrested Vinit Bandiwdekar, who is accused of assisting Moreno in acquiring an Aadhaar card and other necessary documents. Moreno faces charges including cheating and forgery under the Foreigners Act and Passport Act.
