A 21-year-old man, identified as Rakesh or Vinod by different reports, has been arrested in Bengaluru for allegedly molesting a 28-year-old doctor. The incident occurred on the night of December 16-17 as the doctor was returning to her PG accommodation after work. The accused reportedly approached her on a two-wheeler, behaved indecently, and fled when she raised an alarm. The arrest followed analysis of CCTV footage and technical surveillance, with a case registered under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
