A junior hockey coach has been arrested in Haryana's Rewari district for allegedly raping a minor student he coached. The Class 12 student reported that the assault occurred about four months ago in a stadium bathroom. She became pregnant and suffered a miscarriage on January 5, after which her health deteriorated and she was hospitalized. An FIR was registered under the POCSO Act, and the coach has been taken into two-day police remand for questioning.
