Pune police arrested a 23-year-old man, Khalid Khalil Qureshi, for robbing a senior citizen. During the investigation, Qureshi allegedly confessed to involvement in the murder of Shiv Sena activist Mangesh Kalokhe in Raigad on December 26. Police stated Qureshi, along with others, was hired to commit the murder. The robbery involved an attack on a 75-year-old man for his gold chain. Qureshi was apprehended on December 30.
