Manipur security forces arrested two women cadres of the banned People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK) on January 5 in Thoubal district. The arrests followed the abduction of three minors, who were subsequently rescued. The women are accused of abducting the children for recruitment into the outfit.
