Anant Garje, personal assistant to Maharashtra Minister Pankaja Munde, has sought bail after being arrested for allegedly abetting his wife's suicide. Dr. Gauri Palve, a dentist, died by suicide in November. Garje's bail plea claims the allegations are vague and the FIR is an afterthought due to emotional distress, stating no direct instigation occurred. The deceased's father filed the complaint, alleging continuous physical and mental harassment by Garje.
