The agency alleges systematic manipulation, with a coaching operator reportedly providing leaked question papers and targeted preparation to favored candidates, including relatives of bureaucrats and influential families. The chargesheet details the alleged leak of papers by a former exam controller and their subsequent distribution, leading to top ranks for individuals connected to officials and businessmen. Twelve accused are jailed, one is absconding.
