Approximately 300-350 high-performing faculty with strong academic and research credentials will be nominated by their respective IITs. IIT Bombay will lead the initiative, which will include modules on behavioral, functional, and domain competencies. Support from IIMs may also be sought for the program, aiming to enhance leadership skills for academic and administrative roles within the premier institutions.
