The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the detailed syllabus for the NEET UG 2026 medical entrance examination. The syllabus, approved by the Undergraduate Medical Education Board and the National Medical Commission, remains unchanged from the previous year and is based on the rationalized NCERT syllabus for Classes 11 and 12. Physics, Chemistry, and Biology are the core subjects, with no new chapters added or existing ones removed. Candidates are advised to prepare strictly according to this official syllabus.
