The 8th ONGC-MRPL International Kite Festival is scheduled for January 17-18 at Blue Bay Beach, Tannirbavi, as part of the Karavali Utsava. Organized by Team Mangalore, the event aims to celebrate the cultural heritage of the Dakshina Kannada district. It will feature 60 kite flyers from India and internationally, promising a display of tradition, creativity, and global connection.
