Hubballi will host the 22nd State-level Comedy Conference on Saturday and Sunday, organized by the Hubballi-Dharwad Hasya Parivargala Okkuta. Approximately 300 representatives from laughter clubs across Karnataka are expected to attend. The event will feature an inauguration by MLA Mahesh Tenginakai, a procession, cultural entertainment, and comedy performances by artists and club members.
