Bollywood actor and producer Atul Agnihotri, also Salman Khan's brother-in-law, is entering real estate by redeveloping a 60-year-old housing society in Bandra, Mumbai. His company, Shivansai Homemaker Infra LLP, was selected through a tender process to rebuild the Palimala Co-operative Housing Society. The Agnihotri family and their company own five of the eleven flats in the existing structure. This project aligns with a broader trend of redeveloping older buildings across Maharashtra, offering residents larger homes while developers profit from new sales.
