Filmmaker Karan Johar is reportedly planning his next directorial venture, a grand-scale family drama set to begin production in late 2026. While not a direct sequel, the film is said to be in the thematic and emotional vein of his 2001 hit Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. The project, described as his biggest yet, will feature two male and two female leads. Early speculation suggests the film might be tentatively titled Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham 2, though this is unconfirmed.
