He spoke at the announcement of the Indian National Cine Academy (INCA) in Mumbai, an initiative by Vishnu Vardhan Induri aimed at creating a national institution for Indian cinema. INCA seeks to foster collaboration, celebrate excellence fairly across all languages, and build a talent database, with its first awards ceremony scheduled for March 9.
