
The Magh Mela in Prayagraj has commenced with the inauguration of the Kala Sangam program, organized by the Uttar Pradesh Department of Culture. This event showcases India's cultural diversity through a series of performances. The opening day featured devotional folk songs, classical singing, and a blend of folk and classical dances, including Kathak. Over 120 artists are scheduled to perform during the 20-day festival, highlighting traditional arts and culture alongside the religious significance of the Magh Mela.
