The South India Philatelists' Association (SIPA) is holding its platinum jubilee stamp exhibition, 'SIPA 70,' in Purasawalkam until January 4. The three-day event features nearly 130 frames with diverse philatelic themes displayed by 70 collectors, including students. The exhibition also includes 14 dealer stalls and a stall by India Posts.
