Actor Emraan Hashmi's flight from Mumbai to Ahmedabad was diverted to Jaipur on Tuesday after the Akasa Air aircraft failed to land in Ahmedabad on two separate attempts. The flight, QP 1781, a Boeing 737 MAX 8, departed Mumbai at 8:40 a.m. and was scheduled to arrive in Ahmedabad around 10:00 a.m. All passengers, including Hashmi, landed safely in Jaipur. The diversion occurred while Hashmi was traveling for promotions of his upcoming web series, 'Taskaree: The Smuggler's Web'.
